At Nory Cosmetics, we accept returns within 7 business days of receiving your order, provided that the products are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued excluding the original shipping and return costs, and customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Returns are processed within 1–6 business days using the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
